B-lynch缝合术联合子宫动脉上行支结扎治疗剖宫产产后出血患者的效果分析
Effect Analysis of B-lynch Suture Combined with Ascending Branch Ligation of Uterine Artery in the Treatment of Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of B-lynch suture combined with bilateral ascending branch ligation of uterine artery in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods:The clinical data of 90 parturials admitted to Dongchangfu Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liaocheng City from January 2019 to October 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the different methods of hemostasis,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bilateral ascending uterine artery ligation,and the study group was treated with B-Lynch suture combined with bilateral ascending uterine artery ligation.The hemostasis,blood transfusion,perioperative indexes and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The hemostatic effective rate of the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than 84.44%of the control group,and the blood transfusion rate was 37.78%,which was lower than 60.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss during and 24 h after operation in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time and hospitalization days were shorter than those in the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.89%,which was lower than 17.78%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with postpartum hemorrhage,uterine B-Lynch suture combined with bilateral ascending branch ligation of uterine artery has significant hemostatic effect,which can reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the operation and hospital stay,and has certain application safety.关键词
