摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of phased health education intervention based on patient needs in patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods:A total of 80 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to Dongxiang District People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an experimental group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine health education intervention, and the experimental group was treated with phased health education intervention based on patient needs. Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days. The total effective rate of ulcer healing, pain degree,anxiety,self-management ability, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The condition of ulcer healing in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the experimental group was(2.63±0.29)points,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score was(9.13±0.37)points,both lower than(5.88±0.36)points and(16.98±1.01)points of the control group, the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale score was(89.18±4.29)points,it was higher than(48.04±2.78)points of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the scores of psychological, physiological, social and environmental dimensions in the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-BREF were(21.63±1.75)points,(21.39±1.86)points,(21.15±1.76)points and(21.93±1.64)points,respectively,which were higher than(15.18±1.53)points,(15.27±1.54)points,(14.98±1.47)points,(14.63±1.56)points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of phased health education intervention based on patient needs in patients with duodenal ulcer is better than that of simple routine health education intervention, relieve the pain and anxiety of patients, enhance self-management ability, improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
