Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of recovery autologous blood transfusion during cesarean section on bleeding and coagulation function during high-risk pregnant women. Methods:Clinical data of 60 high-risk pregnant women admitted to Xuancheng People's Hospital from October 2022 to September 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different blood transfusion methods, they were divided into a control group and a study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received allogeneic blood transfusion during the operation, and the study group received recovery autologous blood transfusion during the operation. The intraoperative blood loss, vital signs, coagulation function, blood routine indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between the two groups before surgery(T0)and 24 h(T1)after blood transfusion(P>0.05).At T1,the HR in both group were lower than those of T0,DBP and SBP were higher than those of T0 in both groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T0 and T1,there were no significant differences in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT)and D-dimer between the two groups(P>0.05).At T1,PT,APTT,TT and D-dimer in both group were higher than those of T0,and FIB in both group were lower than those of T0,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T0 and T1,there were no significant differences in hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC)and platelet count(PCT)between the two groups(P>0.05).At T1,Hb,RBC and PCT in both groups were lower than those at T0,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 16.67%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of autotransfusion during cesarean section can be similar to that of allogeneic transfusion, but it has no significant effect on the bleeding, vital signs, coagulation function and blood routine. It has certain clinical value.关键词
