益肾通脉方联合尿激酶静脉溶栓对脑梗死肾虚痰阻证患者血小板参数及中医证候的影响
Effect of Yishen Tongmai Formula Combined with Urokinase Intravenous Thrombolysis on Platelet Parameters and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Kidney Deficiency and Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Yishen Tongmai Formula combined with Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis on platelet parameters and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with cerebral infarction and kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome.Methods:A total of 160 patients with cerebral infarction and kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis therapy,while the study group received Yishen Tongmai Formula combined with Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis therapy.The platelet parameters,hemorheology indicators,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the mean platelet volume,platelet distribution width,platelet crit,platelet count,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,all various of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome items scores and total scores,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score were decreased in both groups,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yishen Tongmai Formula and Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis can reduce the platelet parameters and hemorheological indicators,improve the clinical symptoms and promote neurological function recovery in patients with cerebral infarction and kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome.关键词
