Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods:A total of 180 patients with suspected diabetes mellitus combined with lower extrenity DVT admitted to Dongying District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects.Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed to analyze the detection rate of lower extrenity DVT.Taking the lower vein angiography result as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in diabetes mellitus with lower extrenity DVT was analyzed.The blood vessel diameter and lower limb venous flow velocity were compared between patients with DVT and those without lower extrenity DVT.Results:In 180 suspected diabetic patients with lower extrenity DVT,150 cases of lower extrenity DVT were detected by color Doppler ultrasound,the detection rate was 83.33%.Finally,153 cases of lower extrenitylower extrenity DVT were diagnosed,and the detection rate was 85.00%.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of lower extrenity DVT were 97.39%,96.30%,97.22%,99.33%and 86.67%respectively.kappa test showed that color Doppler ultrasonography was in excellent agreement with the final clinical diagnosis(kappa=0.896,P=0.000).In patients with lower extrenity DVT,the internal diameter of popliteal vein was(8.86±1.23)mm,medial sural vein was(4.55±0.56)mm,proximal peritibial vein was(2.87±0.31)mm,common femoral vein was(11.69±2.44)mm and superficial femoral vein was(7.65±1.23)mm,which were higher than(7.26±1.38)mm,(3.39±0.47)mm,(2.36±0.28)mm,(8.68±2.60)mm,(5.68±1.47)mm in with out lower extrenity-trenity DVT patients,superficial femoral vein blood flow velocity was(5.30±1.12)cm/s,common femoral vein blood flow velocity was(8.10±1.63)cm/s,popliteal vein blood flow velocity was(6.43±1.18)cm/s,which were slower than(10.69±2.24)cm/s,(20.29±4.10)cm/s,and(9.20±2.26)cm/s of whacyact-lower extremity DVT patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has certain application value in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with lower extremity DVT,which can assist the early diagnosis and guide the follow-up treatment.关键词
