摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluation of cold resistance in six Carya illinoinensis cultivars,low-temperature environments were simulated in the laboratory to measure relative electrical conductivity(REC)changes in annual shoots under cold stress.Logistic equation regression analysis was applied to calculate lethal temperature(LT50)as the cold resistance index.The results showed that REC of all cultivars'shoots progressively increased with decreasing treatment temperature.LT50 values determined by Logistic fitting for the six Carya illinoinensis(Wichita,Pawnee,Shawnee,Mahan,Annong No.1,Jinhua)were-21.02 ℃,-23.54 ℃,-21.12 ℃,-21.89 ℃,-18.37 ℃,and-20.35 ℃,respectively.Cold resistance ranking based on LT50 was:Pawnee>Mahan>Shawnee>Wichita>Jinhua>Annong No.1.
