Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy on patients with adhesive capsultis of shoulder.Methods:A total of 120 patients with adhesive capsitis of shoulder admitted to Tianjin Occupational Disease Prevention and Therapeutic Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional acupotomy.On this basis,the control group was treated with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy,and the study group was treated with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical treatment effect,pain degree,shoulder joint function,shoulder joint motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Function Scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mobility of shoulder abduction,forward flexion and upward lift,internal rotation and external rotation in the study group were bigger than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy is effective in patients with adhesive capsitis of shoulder,which can relieve pain symptoms,significantly improve shoulder mobility,accelerate shoulder functional rehabilitation,and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
