规范化干预性护理对甲亢合并糖尿病患者心理状态和睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响研究
Effect of Standardized Intervention Nursing on Mental State and Sleep Quality and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Hyperthyroidism and Diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized intervention nursing on mental state and sleep quality of patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes.Methods:A total of 106 patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the principle of random clinical grouping,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the study group with standardized nursing.Both groups were nursed for 8 weeks.Negative emotion,sleep quality,self-care ability,occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the Exercise of Self-Care Agency scale of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 1.88%,which was lower than 9.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.11%,which was higher than 86.79%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized intervention nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes can not only improve the sleep quality of patients,but also help patients maintain a good psychological state,improve self-care ability,reduce complications,and patients have high nursing satisfaction.关键词
