Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of staged resistance training combined with acupressure on the rehabilitation of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods:A total of 102 patients with post-stroke SHS admitted to Yantai Harbor Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received staged resistance training nursing,and the study group combined with acupoint massage nursing on this basis.Both groups were nursed for 4 weeks.The recovery of symptoms of SHS,the range of motion of shoulder joint,the ability of upper limb movement,the ability of daily living and the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of the Shoulder-Hand Syndrome Assessment Scale in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the mobility of shoulder adduction,abduction,extension and flexion in both groups were bigger than before nursing,and the study group were bigger than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of part of upper limb in Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Barthel Index in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After of nursing,the scores of all dimensions of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phased resistance training combined with acupressure can effectively relieve the symptoms of SHS patients after stroke,improve the range of motion of shoulder joint,enhance the upper limb mobility and the ability of daily living,and improve the quality of life.关键词
