Abstract
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is an autoimmune disease that progresses to the later stage with hypothyroidism.In recent years,the prevalence of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism has increased year by year,and it has shown a trend of reju-venation.The most common clinical type in traditional Chinese medicine is yang deficiency type.Based on the theory of"the three labors of yang deficiency are unified in the spleen"in the"Lixu Yuanjian",Professor Zhang Lan takes the spleen as the starting point in the clinical treatment of yang deficiency-type hashimoto hypothyroidism,and the main idea is to strengthen the spleen and warm the yang,and the clinical effect is quite remarkable.This review combines theory and disease,and expounds Professor Zhang Lan's understanding of the disease and treatment ideas,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism.关键词
