尉中民教授"治肾五法"在月经后期中的临证经验

Abstract
Professor WEI Zhongmin believes that the responsibility for the late menstruation lies in the kidneys.Lack of kid-ney essence and difficulty in filling kidney qi;lack of Qi and blood biochemical sources,loss of kidney essence nourishment;ex-cessive labor in the room leads to depletion of kidney yin;kidney yang deficiency,cold coagulation stagnation;unregulated anger and stagnation of liver and kidney qi can lead to late menstruation;imbalance of body fluids and internal obstruction of turbid sub-stances in the kidneys.In clinical treatment,the methods of tonifying the kidney and nourishing blood,nourishing the kidney and clearing heat,warming the kidney and dispersing cold,purging the kidney and opening depression and purging the kidney and promoting turbidity are used for treatment.Based on the"five methods of treating kidney",this review discusses Professor WEI Zhongmin's thoughts of diagnosing and treating late menstruation and the experience of medication.Provide reference for clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
