陈淑涛"衷中参西"诊治慢性妇科痛症经验探析及举隅
Chen Shutao'sapproach to chronic gynecological pain:integrating traditional and western medicine
摘要
Abstract
Gynecological pain refers to various pain symptoms during the processes of menstruation,discharge,pregnancy,and childbirth in women,including dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain,endometriosis,postpartum pain,etc.Wang Chengrong,the founder of the"Zhong Zhong Can Xi"gynecological school in Sichuan,believes that"fire-heat and blood stasis obstructing Chong and Ren"is the fundamental pathological mechanism for gynecological pain.Chen Shutao,the successor of this school,further proposes the pathological mechanism of"prolonged stasis leads to deficiency,and deficiency and stasis mutually inter-twine"for chronic gynecological pain.He advocates the treatment principle of"tonifying Qi,clearing heat,promoting blood circu-lation,and resolving stasis,"and has developed the school's empirical formula"Bai Lian San Jie Tang with modifications"for treating deficiency-stasis type gynecological pain.This approach has been widely applied with significant therapeutic effects.This review provides a brief overview of Chen Shutao's clinical experience in diagnosing and treating chronic gynecological pain within the"Zhong Zhong Can Xi"gynecological school in Sichuan.关键词
