Wang Suxia'sclinical experience in treating infertility with Heshi Yulin Formula

Abstract
Zhejiang Heshi Gynecology is one of the six major schools of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology in China,with distinctive features in the treatment of infertility.Heshi Yulin Formula is a classic formula of Zhejiang Heshi Gynecology,with the core of warming the kidneys and nourishing essence,as well as supplementing qi and nourishing blood,regulating qi and removing blood stasis.It has the characteristics of maintaining innate health,nourishing the essence,regulating the liver and spleen,and treating qi and blood simultaneously.Professor Wang Suxia,the fifth generation descendant of the Heshi gynecology,studied under the renowned traditional Chinese medicine professor He Jialin.Her clinical diagnosis is meticulous,and she be-lieves that patients with kidney yang deficiency syndrome are prone to develop qi depression and dampness depression.In treat-ment,it is necessary to adhere to the pathogenesis of kidney yang deficiency,help yang nourish yin and supplement the uterus,grasp the physiological characteristics and disease development direction of women,and use Heshi Yulin Formula to treat this type of infertility with modifications.At the same time,based on individual conditions,it is advocated that patients with polycystic ova-ry syndrome should focus on regulating menstruation and assisting in pregnancy.Patients with decreased ovarian function should benefit from nourishing essence and yin,those with accumulated symptoms should regulate qi and blood,and those with unex-plained infertility should be treated on a regular basis.Finally,a case study is attached to provide useful experience and reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
