基于"毒损脑络"理论探讨从阳明经论治中风病的可行性
Exploring the feasibility of treating stroke from the perspective of Yangming meridian based on the theory of"Tox-ic Damage to the Cerebral Collaterals"

Abstract
Based on the theory of"Toxic Damage to the Cerebral Collaterals",the feasibility of treating stroke from Yang-ming meridian is discussed.According to the theory of"Toxic Damage to the Cerebral Collaterals",the basic pathogenesis of stroke disease is that poison becomes collaterals damage,which is closely connected with Yangming meridian through qi and blood transformation,meridian circulation,and cerebral and intestinal intercommunication.From the primary and secondary contradic-tions of the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke,it is characterized by deficiency of qi and blood as the root cause and stagnation of turbid toxin as the symptom.Based on this,the basic treatment principle of tonifying yangming qi and blood to nourish the meridi-ans,regulating yangming qi to remove turbid toxins,and tailoring the program to the individual is proposed to treat both the symp-toms and the root cause of the disease and to promote the harmonization of qi and blood,and the smooth flow of the meridians and meridian,so as to achieve the purpose of treating stroke disease.This review is based on the theory of"Toxic Damage to the Cere-bral Collaterals",combined with modern medical research,try to treat stroke disease from Yangming meridian,in order to pro-vide new ideas and methods for clinical.关键词
