Development and Application of a Virtual Shock Absorption Platform for Sports Shoes based on Abaqus
基于运动鞋减震功能材料测试有限元仿真分析操作流程,采用Python语言对Abaqus有限元仿真分析软件进行运动鞋虚拟减震平台的二次开发,将复杂的有限元分析操作步骤简化成前处理和后处理两大流程.通过输入模型的各种参数,完成前处理操作,并通过一键式批量处理仿真测试结果,完成后处理操作,自动生成各种测试指标数据和分析报告,实现了运动鞋减震功能仿真分析过程的自动化和智能化,提高了分析效率,为运动鞋减震功能材料测试提供了专业化的仿真分析工具.
Based on the finite element simulation analysis process for testing the shock-absorbing function of sports shoes,the Abaqus finite element simulation analysis software was developed using Python language for the secondary develop-ment of the virtual shock-absorbing platform for sports shoes.The complex finite element analysis steps were simplified into two main processes:pre-processing and post-processing.By inputting various parameters of the model,the pre-processing operations are completed,and through one click batch processing of simulation test results,the post-processing operations are completed,automatically generating various test indicator data and analysis reports,realizing the automation and intelligence of the simulation analysis process of sports shoe shock absorption function,improving analysis efficiency,and providing a professional simulation analysis tool for sports shoe shock absorption function material testing.
