Exploring the relationship between mitochondria andthe diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease based on the theory of"reinfocing yang from yin"
摘要
Abstract
Mitochondrial dysfunction can lead to compromised normal cellular physiologic function.One of the causes of Parkinson's disease is the inability of dopaminergic neurons to function properly due to degeneration,and the cause of this abnor-mal function may be related to mitochondria.Ancient Chinese medical texts categorize Parkinson's disease as a"tremor syn-drome",which belongs to the evidence of this deficiency,with the deficiency of yang qi as the basic,phlegm and silt blockage,wind and yang upward disturbance as the standard.Yang deficiency for a long time,should be slowly figure,the Ming Dynasty Zhang Jingyue's concept:"good complementary yang,when the yin in the sun".From the micro level,restoring normal mito-chondrial structure and function to provide sufficient energy for dopaminergic neurons to improve the symptoms of Parkinson's dis-ease patients is also in line with Zhang Jingyue's concept.Based on the theory of"reinfocing yang from yin",this article will dis-cuss the relationship between mitochondria and the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease.关键词
