基于"六郁"理论探讨糖尿病认知障碍的中医证治
Discussion ontraditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic congnitive dysfunction based on'Six Stagnation'theory
摘要
Abstract
As a common complication of diabetes,the incidence rate of diabetic cognitive dysfunction(DCD)has been ris-ing in recent years,which has attracted more and more attention and discussion.This review explains the pathological process of DCD based on the theory of"Six Stagnation",and proposes that DCD begins with food depression,which harms Qi,cute liver Qi depression,caused mental illness;Qi stagnation and dampness stop,then spleen function disorders,resulting in stagnation of raw dampness,inability to clear the spleen,and excessive internal water and dampness that can obscure the senses;damp stagnation in the middle burner,lung function imbalanced,accumulation of dampness and phlegm,resulting in phlegm stagnation,phlegm disturbing the brain and causing mental illness;stagnation of phlegm and dampness,obstruction of blood vessels,and blockage of heart and blood vessels can lead to blood stasis,and blockage of brain meridians can result in the loss of vital energy;phlegm and blood stasis are consolidated,eventually leading to stagnation of fire,burning of kidney essence by fire,causing brain marrow emptiness.In terms of treatment,it is advocated to eliminate food stagnation as the beginning of disease prevention,dispel Qi stagnation as the source of disease prevention,promote dampness stagnation as the gradual prevention of disease,eliminate phlegm stagnation as the peak of disease control,treat blood stagnation as the cessation of disease,and relieve fire stagnation as the reverse of disease decline.关键词
