从玄府论治脱疽
From the xuanfu on the treatment ofGangrene of finger or toe

Abstract
The nature of the Xuanfu is to open for shun,to close for reverse,to plug for disease,to pass for normal.The o-pening and closing of the Xuanfu is closely related to the occurrence of gangrenous.Deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang,qi and blood deficiency make xuan fu lost nourishment,and xuan microstructure injury,and as a result of deficiency lead to the loss of o-pening and closing dysfunction.Gangrenous lesions occur at the extremities.As the spleen main limbs,spleen deficiency easily wet.Wet trend,sticky,and easy to lead to Closed xuan Fu.This is the initiating factor in the course of gangrenous.Dampness is easy to block qi,and qi stagnation is blood coagulation,blood coagulation is long into stasis.To the course of late,blood stasis is easy to obstruct the xuan fu unimpeded,aggravating the xuan Fu occlusion.This is also a key link in the aggravation of the condi-tion of gangrenous.The mysterious house occluded for a long time and the formation of pathological products accumulate knot in the joint orifice,can brew poisonous evil.Phlegm-dampness,poison and blood stasis are the final stage of the course of gangre-nous disease.The treatment of gangrenous is to open the xuanfu,or directly open the closed xuanfu,or eliminate the pathological products formed by the xuanfu occlusion.关键词
