可视化翳风穴位注射联合星状神经节阻滞治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation on treatment of facial paralysis of Bell by point injection of Yifeng combined with stellate gan-glion block
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with Yifeng acupoint injection in the treatment of Bell's facial paralysis.Methods:64patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32).The control group was treated with stellate ganglion block on the basis of routine oral medication,the observation group was treated with stellate ganglion block and Yifeng point injection under the guid-ance of ultrasound.The facial nerve function was evaluated before treatment,at the end of the first week and at the end of the sec-ond week,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated at the end of the second week.Results:The evaluation of facial nerve func-tion in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05)at the end of the first week and the second week of treatment,and the total effective rate was 96.87%in the observation group at the end of the treatment course,the safety was 78.12%(P<0.05)higher than that of the control group,in the control group,there were 7cases of hoarseness,3cases of upper extremity symptoms and many cases of systemic symptoms,mainly manifested as elevated blood glucose,blood pressure,digestive tract discomfort and sleep disorders.Conclusion:The stellate ganglion block and Yi feng point injection under the guidance of ul-trasound is more effective and safer than the traditional method in the treatment of Bell's palsy.关键词
