基于脑源性神经营养因子探讨针灸治疗TBI的可能机制
To explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of TBI based on brain-derived neurotrophic factor
摘要
Abstract
Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is the most common traumatic brain disease in neurosurgery.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is widely used in the treatment of limb motor function and cognitive dysfunction in the rehabilitation period af-ter TBI,and the clinical effect is positive.In this review,the relevant literature research was sorted and analyzed,and the possi-ble mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of TBI was discussed from the perspective of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF).The treatment of TBI by acupuncture may be related to the release and expression of BDNF.关键词
