基于网络药理学探究健脾止动汤治疗儿童抽动障碍的作用机制
Mechanism of Jianpi Zhidong Decoction in the treatment of TICdisorder based on network pharmacology

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the therapeutic mechanisms of Jianpi Zhidong Decoction in the treatment of TIC Disorder(TD)using the methods of network pharmacology,thereby providing theoretical support for clinical practice.Meth-ods:Active ingredients of Jianpi Zhidong Decoction were retrieved from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),with the criteria set as oral bioavailability(OB)not less than 30%and drug-likeness(DL)not less than 0.18.The target genes of these active components were predicted using the SwissTargetPrediction database.The target information of TD was collected from the GeneCards,OMIM,and Therapeutic Target Database(TTD),using"TIC Disorder"as the search keyword.The intersection targets between the drug components and the disease were identified by con-structing a Venn diagram.A PPI network was constructed,and the core targets were analyzed in depth.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses were performed.Finally,a"drug-component-target-disease"network was constructed.Results:The main active components of Jianpi Zhidong Decoction in the treatment of TD include coryincine,hirsutine,yohimbine,among others.The core target genes include AKT1,GAPDH,IL-6,TNF,and TP53.In terms of KEGG pathways,Jianpi Zhidong De-coction mainly regulates the Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,Calcium signaling pathway,Serotonergic synapse,Pathways in cancer,cAMP signaling pathway,and MAPK signaling pathway to effectively treat TD.Conclusion:Jianpi Zhidong Decoction exerts its therapeutic effect on TD through the action of multiple components on multiple targets,thereby regulating multiple signa-ling pathways.关键词
