Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research status, hotspots, and trends of traditional Chinese medicine regulation of podocytes in the past 10years based on CiteSpace software, and provide reference for subsequent related research.Method:Com-puter retrieval of relevant research literature on the regulation of podocytes by traditional Chinese medicine in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)in the past 10years.CiteSpace6.3.R1software was used to calculate the annual publication volume, and visual analysis was conducted on core authors, institutions, and keywords.A graph was used to analyze the develop-ment trend and research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine regulation of podocytes.Results:615articles were included, and the overall number of domestic publications showed a fluctuating upward trend. The author's collaborative team is mainly composed of Gao Yanbin,Wang Yuefen,Chen Zhiqiang,Tan Jinchuan,Yu Rong, and others.Research institutions that have published numerous articles include Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc. The nine clusters formed by literature keywords show that the research hotspots in this field mainly focus on autophagy, signaling pathways, apoptosis, high glucose, diabetic nephropathy, proteinuria, oxidative stress, etc. The diseases studied more in the literature are diabetes nephropathy(DKD)and membranous nephropathy(MN).Conclusion:Research on the regulation of podocytes by traditional Chinese medicine has been highly popular in recent years.Mechanism research is a hot topic in this field, mainly focusing on autophagy, apoptosis, inflammatory response, oxidative stress, epithelial mesenchymal transition, and other aspects. The identification of new targets for podocyte injury, clinical trials of podocyte specific drugs, and the development of podocyte targeted drug delivery systems are future research trends.关键词
