Abstract
This study investigates the integration of service design principles with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture in community-based study tours to innovate service models.Adopting a service design perspective,the study categorizes community study tour services,identifies existing challenges,and analyzes the compatibility of TCM culture with community study tours.Insights from user research are used to identify opportunities for design interventions.A TCM-based community study tour service model was developed,exemplified by the"Qing Nang Xing"project.This model combines community engagement with TCM cultural elements,providing valuable guidance for optimizing community study tour systems.关键词
