摘要

Abstract

New power electronic devices play a vital role in smart grids and can significantly improve the stability,reliability and efficiency of the power grid.With the development of smart grids,core equipment based on power electronics technology such as IGBTs,MOSFETs,and SiC devices are widely used in scenarios such as transmission and distribution,distributed energy access,energy storage systems,and electric vehicle charging networks.These devices can achieve efficient conversion and precise control of power,meeting the grid's requirements for high power density,low loss,and fast response.In terms of optimization design,device thermal management optimization,module integration design,electromagnetic interference suppression and other means improve the overall performance of the power system,and the upgrade of power semiconductors and the application of new materials can make the power grid operation more efficient and intelligent,further promoting the development of smart grids.
