Abstract
Objective To search,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for nasogastric tube insertion in hospitalized children,providing a rationale for clinical nursing.Methods Evidence for nasogastric tube insertion in hospitalized children,including clinical decisions,best practices,guidelines,expert consensuses,summaries of evidence and systematic reviews,was systematically searched from the following Chinese and English databases and websites from their establishment to December 2024:BMJ,UpToDate,Cochrane Library,JBI EBP Database,PubMed,Ovid,Web of Science,CBMdisc,CNKI,Wanfang Data,medlive.cn,ASPEN official website and ESPEN official website.Selected articles underwent quality evaluation,evidence extraction and summary.Results A total of 10 articles were included,including 2 guidelines,3 expert consensuses,4 summaries of evidence and 1 systematic review.Twenty-three pieces of best evidence were established across 8 aspects:operator,pre-insertion preparation,tube selection,tube insertion,tube tip position confirmation,tube fixation,tube replacement and error reporting.Conclusion The study summarizes the best evidence for nasogastric tube insertion in hospitalized children,aiming to provide clinicians with evidence-based guidance to enhance tube insertion accuracy,reduce complications and improve success rates.关键词
