摘要
Abstract
GPX4signaling pathway is one of the major discoveries in bone biology in recent years.It plays an important role in bone metabolism and has become a target for the treatment of osteoporosis.Based on the review of relevant literature,this re-view systematically summarized the mechanism of GPX4pathway regulating ferroptosis and osteoporosis,and discussed the active ingredients of Chinese medicines and Chinese herbal compounds such as Qinghuo pills,Zuogui pills,Bushen Jianpi Huoxue pre-scriptions,etc.to interfere with the process of cell ferroptosis by regulating GPX4pathway,and thus improve the pathological process of osteoporosis.In order to provide reference for the further study of TCM treatment of osteoporosis,but also for the future development of new drugs and clinical practice to provide theoretical support.关键词
