基于meta分析探究中医体质与高血压的关系
Exploring therelationship between traditional Chinese medicine constitution types and hypertension:a meta-analy-sis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution types and hyper-tension,providing evidence-based support for the prevention and treatment of hypertension using TCM.Methods:A literature search was conducted using domestic and international databases,covering the period from database inception to July 15,2024.The included literature was managed with EndNote X7,and key information was recorded in Excel.The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale was used for quality assessment of the studies,and Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 17software.Results:A total of 16studies involving 9,312participants were included.The analysis revealed that individuals with Phlegm-Dampness Constitution(OR=1.96[95%CI(1.47,2.61)]),Yin Deficiency Constitution(OR=1.84[95%CI(1.61,2.11)]),Blood Sta-sis Constitution(OR=1.70[95%CI(1.05,2.73)]),and Qi Deficiency Constitution(OR=1.36[95%CI(1.16,1.58)])had a higher risk of developing hypertension.Conversely,individuals with a Balanced Constitution(OR=0.53[95%CI(0.37,0.75)])had a lower risk of hypertension.Conclusion:Phlegm-Dampness,Yin Deficiency,Blood Stasis,and Qi Deficiency constitutions are associated with increased susceptibility to hypertension.For people with these predisposing constitutions,traditional Chinese medicine can be used for regulation,achieving the significant importance of"preventive treat-ment".关键词
