痛泻要方治疗大肠相关性疾病的研究进展
Researchprogress on Tongxie Yaofang for the treatment of large intestine-related diseases
摘要
Abstract
Tongxie Yaofang is a commonly used formula for the clinical treatment of abdominal pain and diarrhea caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency,and its current application focuses on digestive system diseases.Previous studies have shown that Tongxie Yaofang can play the roles of anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,immunity regulation,and reduction of visceral sensitivity through multi-pathway,multi-target and multi-channel mechanisms,and its clinical efficacy in the treatment of large intestine-related diseases(e.g.,irritable bowel syndrome,functional diarrhea,ulcerative colitis,colorectal tumors,and radio-lucent enteritis,etc.)has been confirmed.Its value in treating the above diseases is worth further exploration and utilization.Through the search and collation of related literature,the review summarizes the theoretical basis,clinical research and mecha-nisms of Tongxie Yaofang for the treatment of large intestine-related diseases,which is expected to serve as a reference for the further research on Tongxie Yaofang in the prevention and treatment of large intestine-related diseases and the mechanisms.关键词
