Abstract
Objective To identify the factors influencing hypoxemia during recovery from general anesthesia in cancer patients and construct a risk prediction model. Methods The study retrospectively selected 180 cancer patients undergoing general anesthesia from January 2021 to December 2023 at a Grade Ⅲ-A tertiary hospital in Jiangxi Province. They were randomized(7∶3)into the modeling set(n=126)and validation set(n=54).Univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to identify the independent factors influencing hypoxemia during anesthesia recovery. Then,a risk prediction model was developed and visualized as a nomogram using R software.Model consistency was evaluated based on the calibration curve, while predictive performance was evaluated based on the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)and the calibration curve test. Results Multivariate analysis revealed that patient age,BMI,anesthesia duration, propofol dosage, sufentanil dosage and intraoperative dezocine use were independent factors influencing hypoxemia(P<0.05).The modeling set exhibited an AUC of 0.919[95%CI(0.866,0.971)],with 93.8%sensitivity and 76.6%specificity.The calibration curve of the modeling set closely aligned with the standard curve, indicating favorable model consistency. The validation set exhibited an AUC of 0.951[95%CI(0.893,1.000)],with 92.3%sensitivity and 90.2%specificity.Conclusion The risk prediction model constructed in this study exhibits good discrimination and accuracy and effectively predicts risk factors for hypoxemia in cancer patients after general anesthesia, providing a rationale for early clinical intervention.关键词
