基于Web of Science的远程心脏康复研究热点分析
Analysis on Research Hotspots in Cardiac Telerehabilitation Based on Web of Science

Abstract
Objective To conduct a bibliometric and visualized analysis on international English articles on cardiac telerehabilitation and summarize research status and trends,providing insights for cardiac telerehabilitation application in China.Methods Articles on cardiac telerehabilitation were searched from the Web of Science Core Collection from establishment to March 31,2024.Then,CiteSpace was utilized to analyze publication time,country affiliation,institutional affiliation,authors'publication output,highly cited articles and keywords.Results A total of 316 English articles were included.According to the analysis results,there is a steady increase in publication output;the top three contributing countries were the United States,Australia and Canada;the primary contributing institutions were universities and hospitals.Research hotspots in cardiac telerehabilitation focused on the following four aspects:1.Heightened emphasis on subject accessibility and compliance;2.Methodological shifts from randomized controlled trials toward best evidence-based practices;3.Interdisciplinary integration of medical science and informatics in study contents;4.All-round and in-depth development of evaluation indicators.Future trends of cardiac telerehabilitation studies were predicted to focus on the challenges of applying cardiac telerehabilitation.Conclusion In recent years,research interest in cardiac telerehabilitation has grown rapidly.Future priorities in this area should include enhancing subject accessibility and compliance,advancing evidence-based shifts in study methodologies,promoting interdisciplinary integration and innovation of study contents,refining study indicators and addressing application barriers.关键词
