考虑中心构件浮动的复合行星轮系动态特性分析
Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Composite Planetary Gear Train With Floating Center Members

Abstract
To reveal the effect law of input speed on the vibration characteristics of a composite planetary gear train with floating center members,a system dynamics model was constructed based on the lumped parameter method and considering the nonlinear factors such as time-varying meshing stiffness,meshing phase and meshing error.Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the floating quantity,dynamic characteristics and load sharing characteristics of the central component of the system under a series of input speed.The effect law of input speed on the vibration characteristics of the system was revealed.The test results show that with the increase of input speed,the floating quantity of the planet carrier in intermediate stage and sun gear in output stage decreases from 304.62 μm and 345.23 μm to 177.25 μm and 203.48 μm,respectively,which is basically consistent with the trend of theoretical calculation.Both experiment and theory show that with the increase of input speed,the floating quantity of the center member decreases gradually.The load sharing characteristic of planetary gear train becomes worse.The additional vibrations generated by the system are more intense.关键词
