阿扎河隧道水压光面爆破优化设计研究

Abstract
Ordinary smooth blasting technology in tunnel construction is prone to problems such as over-excavation,under-excavation,and high dust,which is especially prominent in terrains with weak interlayers.In order to solve the above problems,relying on the blasting construction of the Azahe Tunnel as the engineering background,the rock lithology is divided into three categories according to the rock firmness coefficient based on the physical performance indicators of the on-site rocks(5~10,10~15,15~20)For rocks with different strengths,theoretical basic analysis and numerical simulation were used to find a reasonable water pressure smooth blasting plan,and field experimental verification was carried out.The following conclusions were drawn:If the charge quantity remains unchanged,the increase in the number of charges will improve the blasting effect;if the number of charges remains unchanged,the increase in charge will expand the damage range;as the rock firmness coefficient increases,the rock strength becomes larger,and the charge quantity and charge quantity need to be increased.关键词
