摘要

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the design method and application of hydraulic mechanical control systems in mechanical design and manufacturing.Through a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the research deeply analyzed the composition,working principle and key performance indicators of the hydraulic mechanical control system.In the system design section,the specific steps and considerations of the overall design plan,key component design,and control system hardware and software design are described in detail.By building an experimental platform,a comprehensive performance test was carried out on the system,including evaluation of key indicators such as accuracy,stability,and response speed.The research results show that the hydro-mechanical control system designed in this paper can meet the predetermined functional requirements,has stable and reliable performance,and has high application value.
