Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the quality control of key equipment in the offshore oil industry,this paper puts forward ideas for quality control throughout the life cycle of key equipment.First identify key equipment,then identify key equipment quality control risk points throughout the life cycle of key equipment,combine industry experience to summarize a list of quality control points at each stage of the life cycle of key equipment,and finally form the above-mentioned quality management ideas into key equipment throughout the life cycle quality control Standardized documents to facilitate promotion and implementation in the industry.The full text relies on the business processes of the entire industry and demonstrates the overall idea of quality control and implementation of key equipment throughout the life cycle.By applying this key equipment quality control idea,it promotes the improvement of key equipment quality management,realizes the preservation of key important assets of the company and enhances the intrinsic safety of offshore oil production facilities.关键词
