RESEARCH ON THE NARRATIVE DESIGN OF CHILDREN'S CULTURAL AND CREATIVE PRODUCTS BASED ON THE DUNHUANG CAISSON PATTERN

Abstract
This paper introduces narrative design into the design of children's cultural and creative products,and explores how to realize the effective dissemination of Dunhuang caisson pattern cultural theme and children's deep experience in products.Drawing upon narrative design theory,this paper examines the cultural connotations and artistic characteristics of Dunhuang caisson patterns,while exploring their unique value as materials for narrative design.Additionally,it analyzes these aspects in conjunction with the cognitive characteristics and psychological needs of children aged 6 to 15 years,ultimately developing corresponding design strategies.This paper proposes four design strategies:thematic correlation and narrative development,sensory guidance and dynamic interaction,structural storytelling and rhythm management,as well as contextual linkage and memory retention,followed by practical design applications.This approach offers both theoretical and practical insights for fostering children's creative design and innovation.关键词
