基于AHP-QFD的家用煎药机设计研究
RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF HOME DECOCTION MACHINE BASED ON AHP-QFD
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the pain points of users in the process of decocting traditional Chinese medicine at home,the function and structure of the decocting machine are optimized to design a household intelligent decocting machine.Firstly,user requirements were collected through desktop research,field interviews and observations,and categorized and refined to obtain a hierarchical structure of user requirements;secondly,user requirement weights were calculated using the AHP hierarchical analysis method;and thirdly,user requirements were transformed into corresponding design features using the QFD theory,and the degree of importance was calculated.The integrated model results are applied to the practice of decoction machine design to optimize the structure and function of the decoction machine,innovate the product appearance design and propose design solutions.It shows the key direction for the design of household intelligent decoction machine,and also provides reference ideas for the design of other similar products.关键词
