基于TRIZ-PUGH的颈椎牵引器设计研究
RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF CERVICAL VERTEBRA TRACTOR BASED ON TRIZ-PUGH

Abstract
In order to improve the cervical spine traction device with low comfort and insufficient adaptability in user experience,a TRIZ-PUGH integrated design method based on TRIZ-PUGH is proposed to enhance user experience.The original user requirements are obtained through user interviews,the KJ method is used to refine the high-frequency original user requirements,and the user requirement judgment matrix is constructed by combining with AHP to determine the user requirement weight ranking.Apply FA to decompose the functions and analyze the components of the cervical spine traction device to form a system interaction matrix.Determine the relationship between components and functional elements that exist interaction according to TRIZ,and establish the function-matter-field model.According to the model categories,76 standard solutions in TRIZ are applied to solve the problem and determine the design direction.A decision-making system is established using PUGH to comparatively evaluate the differences between the design solutions and the existing products and determine the best solution.The solution obtained through the integration method is significantly better than the existing product in terms of comfort and fit,which validates the effectiveness of the method.The design solution improves the structure and function of the product,optimizes the user experience,and provides a reference for the design of similar products.关键词
