某特高拱坝灌浆施工关键技术研究

Abstract
Taking an ultra-high arch dam of a hydropower station as an example,this study discusses the application of dam foundation consolidation grouting technology in improving dam foundation stability and safety.Based on the analysis of the general situation of the ultra-high arch dam project,the dam body excavation and the optimization treatment measures of the dam foundation are analyzed,and the technical analysis of the foundation reinforcement measures is carried out.During the study,about 80 inclined holes with a depth of 8 meters were consolidated grouting was implemented.Ordinary portland cement was used,the water-cement ratio was set at 0.5,and the operation was carried out under strictly controlled pressure.Through sound wave velocity quality testing,the results show that grouting significantly improves the physical characteristics of the dam foundation rock mass,reflecting its effectiveness in improving the stability and bearing capacity of the rock mass.This research not only improves the overall performance of the dam foundation,but also provides important experience for future similar water conservancy projects.关键词
