摘要

Abstract

Concrete is a common material in the field of construction engineering and is widely used in various forms of architectural design.However,defects in the concrete structure pose a greater threat to the safety of the entire building.Judging from the common defects of concrete structures,there are many situations such as uneven compaction,internal pores,and crack extension.The main reasons are related to insufficient compaction and long-term stress during the concrete forming process.Once a defect appears,the stress state of the concrete structure will continue to deteriorate,resulting in the risk of further damage to the internal structure.If the internal defects of the concrete structure cannot be detected in a timely and effective manner,it may lead to the surface of the wall to rupture and collapse or even overall collapse.In this research,the main technical methods of ultrasonic testing are analyzed,and the testing principle is deeply analyzed.Its three forms of attenuation are the key to detecting structural defects of Shanghai-Nanjing Diagram.Based on this theory,three equations for ultrasonic testing are further derived,and the technical process for ultrasonic testing to locate defects in concrete structures is clarified.During the experiment,defects at positions of 30 cm,60 cm,90 cm,and 120 cm were detected respectively,which confirms the effectiveness of the ultrasonic detection method.
