基于KANO模型的老年居家医疗服务系统设计方法
DESIGN OF ELDERLY HOME TELEMEDICINE SERVICE SYSTEM BASED ON KANO MODEL

Abstract
To study a methodology for designing a home telemedicine service system for the elderly.Mining the needs of elderly users and staff through observation interviews,obtaining user evaluations using the Kano model,quantifying and analyzing the importance of the original needs through a two-dimensional matrix of satisfaction,and translating them into design practices.Proposes a methodology for designing a home healthcare service system for the elderly based on demand research and the Kano model,summarizes the design strategy under theoretical guidance,constructs a service blueprint and a service system diagram,and carries out the design of age-appropriate home healthcare products and service platforms.Explore methods for designing telemedicine services for the elderly at home and provide ideas for related designs.关键词
