摘要

Abstract

To address the shortcomings of tunnel steel frames,which require extensive bending and welding,result in high labor intensity for workers,and present challenges in ensuring the quality of the finished product.Based on the Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou to Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Expressway connection project,and considering the high volume,dispersed locations,and substantial demand for initial support steel frames across tunnels,the authors developed intelligent processing technology for initial support steel frames used in tunnels.This includes establishing a mechanized and automated production line to minimize the impact of manual operation errors on processing quality.Coupled with a digital management system for warehouse-style distribution,this approach optimized project scheduling,enhanced construction efficiency,and enabled traceability throughout production,distribution,and installation.This increases product transparency and management convenience,providing a new approach and a valuable reference for processing steel frames in tunnel construction.
