Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the scale of water conservancy and hydropower projects and the continuous improvement of technical requirements,traditional construction management models have been unable to meet the needs of modern projects.By analyzing the current situation and difficulties of construction management of water conservancy and hydropower projects,this paper discusses the application advantages of BIM technology in water conservancy and hydropower projects,describes in detail the specific implementation methods of BIM technology in construction management,and demonstrates its application effects in construction schedule simulation and optimization,resource allocation and coordinated management through actual project cases,in order to provide new ideas and technical reference for the construction management of water conservancy and hydropower projects.关键词
