Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization,the construction of municipal sewage pipe network is facing problems such as limited construction space and strict environmental protection requirements.The traditional excavation construction has the risk of long construction period,high cost and environmental pollution.As the core means of trenchless construction,pipe jacking technology is widely used in municipal sewage pipe network engineering because of its high efficiency,environmental protection and safety.Based on the actual project,this paper focuses on the application method of open caisson pipe jacking construction technology,and systematically analyzes the key technical links such as the construction points of the originating well and the receiving well,jacking measurement control,settlement control,mud treatment and mud replacement.After the application of this technology,the construction period is shortened by 22%,the comprehensive cost is reduced by 18%,and there is no significant impact on the surrounding water body and traffic,which can provide an effective reference for similar projects.
