Abstract
The working principle and structural design of a fixed ship loader is elaborated.The capacity of the belt conveyor,as well as the speed and direction of material flow during the loading process,were theoretically calculated and analyzed.Additionally,the telescopic stroke of the hydraulic cylinder was adjusted according to different jib pitching angles to optimize the position of the buffer guide groove.Using the EDEM simulation software,the material conveying system and the material throwing state of the ship loader were simulated and analyzed,so as to theoretically verify the material conveying behaviors of the ship loader in various postures,and provide basis for the design and calculation of material conveying systems and the control of material movement.Furthermore,this study offers an analytical method for assessing the conveying state of bulk materials.关键词
