摘要

Abstract

In this study,the roots causes leading to elevator car vibration fault are discussed,and a method of elevator car vibration fault detection based on Hilbert vibration decomposition is proposed.This method consists of three parts:real-time running data preprocessing,elevator car vibration fault signal decomposition and elevator car vibration fault detection modeling.The key advantage of this method lies in the utilization of Hilbert vibration decomposition for signal processing,which significantly enhances the accuracy of fault detection.The test results reveal that the fault frequency of 109 Hz can be clearly identified using this method,thereby demonstrating its capability to accurately detect elevator car faults and highlighting its potential for practical application.
