盾构渣土制备流态固化土的试验研究
Experimental Study on Preparation of Fluid Solidified Soil From Shield Muck

Abstract
With the rapid development of Hefei metro construction,how to greenly dispose the large quantities of waste soil has become a big problem.Taking the shield muck of Guzhen Road Subway Station of Hefei S1 Line as the background,alkali activated slag is used to partially replace cement as the curing agent to solidify the shield muck into fluid solidified soil.Through laboratory tests,the physical and chemical properties of shield muck and the flow characteristics of solidified soil are obtained.The factors including curing agent type,age,liquid-solid ratio and dosage that have influences on the compressive strength of solidified soil are studied.At the same time,the physical and mechanical test and analysis are carried out on the solidified muck under different dry-wet cycles.The test results show that the fluidity is more affected by the liquid-solid ratio,and the fluidity decreases with the increase of slag proportion.The liquid-solid ratio is controlled within 0.43~0.47 by cement solidification,and 0.47~0.51 by slag mixed with cement solidification.The compressive strength of the solidified soil becomes the highest when the slag and cement ration is 4/6,reaching 5 MPa,and the mass loss in the dry and wet cycle is divided into three stages:the mass losses slowly in the early stage,losses rapidly in the middle stage,and tends toward stabilization in the later stage.And the strength loss of slag group is less than 10%.Moreover,the solidification effect of slag instead of partial cement is better than that of single cement,which provides an experimental reference for the practical application of shield muck in Hefei area.关键词
