摘要

Abstract

Investigations were made focusing on the accuracy and reliability of the forklift braking distance tester.According to the relevant standards,the common testers based on different principles such as acceleration and deceleration sensor,encoder and GPS were tested and compared.It is found that there are significant differences in the results of measuring the same braking distance of the same forklift with different principles or the same principles but from different manufacturers.In dynamic and static tests,the advantages and disadvantages of different principle testers were analyzed in detail.On this basis,a forklift stopping distance testing method based on high-frequency laser testing principle is proposed,in which the starting point of stopping by mechanical trigger was obtained,and the stopping distance was directly measured by using laser ranging technology,thus avoiding the error conduction link in the traditional method,so it can significantly improve the testing accuracy in theory.
