消防钢瓶全生命周期管理系统设计及应用
Design and Application of Whole Life Cycle Management System of Fire Cylinder
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of management,use and information interconnection of all links in the whole life cycle of fire cylinders,a solution to build a fire cylinder life management system based on industrial internet identification resolution technology is proposed.Firstly,theoretical research is conducted on the identification resolution system and the coding specifications is designed for fire steel cylinders.Secondly,the system architecture,technical architecture,and system functions are designed.Based on the identity parsing platform,the B/S network structure is adopted and Vue framework,Springboot framework,MyBatis framework,and MongoDB database,etc,are selected,with a web server as the core,combining NB-IoT devices and various hardware devices such as sensors to complete the development of the management system.The system mainly includes subsystems for production and manufacturing,testing and filling,warehousing and transportation,use and inspection management,closely connecting all aspects of the whole life cycle of fire steel cylinders.Finally,the system is appled in practice.The research results indicate that the implementation of this system can effectively improve the digital management level of the whole life cycle of fire steel cylinders.关键词
