Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed using a CAPCELL PAK ADME(150 mm×4.6 mm×5 µm)as the analytical column,acetonitrile and 0.1%(in volume fraction)phosphoric acid water(pH=2.2)as the mobile phases,with a gradient elution in 15 min.The three actives in cosmetics were quantified simultaneously at the detection wavelength of 265 nm.Results showed that the linear ranges of β-nicotinamide mononucleotides,ergothioneine and nicotinamide were 10~200 mg/L,5~100 mg/L and 5~100 mg/L,respectively and the limits of detection for the three compounds were 3.0,1.5 and 1.5 mg/L,respectively.The method recoveries were 97.1%~104.9%,with RSD≤2.0%.The method was applied to quantitative analysis of five samples of cosmetics water,emulsion,cream,essence and gel and three raw material samples.The results showed that the detection results of β-nicotinamide mononucleotide and ergothioneine in the five cosmetic products were consistent with the product labeling,while the nicotinamide differed from that of the labeling.The purity of the three raw material samples were 99.5%,99.7%and 100.8%,respectively.With good precision,high accuracy and short analytical time,this method can be used as a reliable method to study the three actives in cosmetics,and can also be promoted for the quality control of related efficacy raw materials.关键词
