佩兰香薷纳米乳漱口水的制备及体外抑菌研究
Preparation and in vitro antibacterial study of Peilan and Xiangru nanoemulsion mouthwash

Abstract
Two kinds of traditional Chinese medicines Eupatorium fortune(Peilan)and Moslae chinensis(Xiangru)were used to prepare the nanoemulsion mouthwash with antibacterial effect.The oil-in-water nanoemulsion mouthwash was prepared by extracting volatile oil and alcohol extraction extract from Peilan and Xiangru as active ingredients.The antibacterial effects of volatile oils and alcohol extracts from Peilan and Xiangru at different concentrations were investigated to determine the amount of volatile oils and alcohol extracts that should be added to the mouthwash.The antibacterial effect of the mouthwashes containing different amounts of volatile oils from Peilan and Xiangru,and the mouthwash with the best antibacterial effect were obtained,which have been compared with that of commercially available mouthwashes.The results showed that the mouthwash prepared with 3%volatile oil of Peilan and Xiangru and 0.8%alcohol extract of Peilan and Xiangru had stable performance,and the inhibitory effect on aerobic and anaerobic bacteria reached the market level.Therefore,the nanoemulsion mouthwash prepared by the extract of the Peilan and Xiangru is stable at room temperature,and also has a good inhibitory effect on both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.关键词
